Neptune's Solar System page at NASA states the fourteenth moon (S/2004 N1) is still awaiting official confirmation. Mark Showalter of the SETI Institute found it on an archived Hubble image.

Now this little fellow (at a little more than thirty kilometers in diameter) has a name--Hippocamp. Some researchers suspect it may be a piece of Proteus.
