There are a scant number of evenings left to see Neptune before it ducks down into bright sunset--and only if your western horizon is clear.

Below are the altitudes at which Neptune can be found in the Baton Rouge evening after twilight is completed...
18 January = 21˚
20 January = 20˚
22 January = 18˚
24 January = 16˚
Twilight ends during this date span anywhere from 6:54pm to 6:58pm CST.
