An out-of-the-way Moon will allow the brighter of this meteor's streaks to be counted by Baton Rouge citizens--if the sky is clear. The early mornings of Saturday the 21st, Sunday the 22nd and Monday the 23rd are best. Unfortunately, probably all of these will have their weather problems.
