Several FY2017 documents have been posted to NASA's website. In about five minutes, there will be a live "State of NASA" address by Director Charles Bolden. He will be speaking from Langley and his remarks will be broadcast live on all three NASA-TVs.

A replay of the "State of NASA" is currently taking place on all three NASA-TVs and will be rebroadcast at 7pm CST and 9pm CST on those channels. Some have expressed concern about the amount of the recommended NASA budget given over to Earth science versus space exploration, since NOAA performs Earth science duties.
