HRPO received an inquiry regarding this object. It has been mentioned by several general news outlets.
It was discovered in August 1994 by McNaught at Siding Spring. It is 700 to 1300 kilometers across. Eddie Irizarry is saying that the object may be visible during its Tuesday evening closest approach. I do not see a mention at Astronomy or Sky & Telescope. Closest approach is 3:51pm CST on Tuesday.
Using ephemeris generated using the Horizon System, Baton Rouge will have a magnitude of 10.3. Unfortunately, a magnitude dimmer than 10 is extremely difficult in these light-polluted skies so HRPO does not program hours for such objects and events.

At 6pm CST the object will be not too far from mag 4.3 G-class Omicron Piscium. By 10pm it will be closer to mag 3.6 G-class Eta Piscium.
