Add a box somewhere at the top of John Nagle's pages saying HOW TO USE THESE OBSERVING NOTES!!
When I was in the Air Force I went thru the USGS (United States Geodetic Survey) course in celestial navigation but it was so long ago that I don't remember how these declensions, ascensions and azimuths can be used.
Poor ol' Joe Schmo probably has no idea what good the observing figures can be to him. So, have Mr. Nagle write up a "User Manual" for the Observing Notes. Maybe a separate page that can be reached by a link on his first page so as to not use a lot of newsletter space?
Thanks! Keep up the good work.
